Kenneth Shelton

August 18, 1949 - August 21, 2018

Kenneth passed away about 1:30am Tuesday morning.  He was a good friend who appreciated everything he got.  He was always cheerful and talkative. He loved to go out to eat.  Sometimes we would take turns treating each other to a good meal somewhere. 

Jalapeño Plant Firstfruit - 3rd Season

This is the first fruit this season.  I pollinated it about a week ago because I forgot to earlier and now it blooms.  Every winter, I keep it lit with my old aquarium light, away from the window and I prune it in the spring.  I've had it since June 2016.

Next Day Spaghetti

1.  Make your spaghetti.

New Bathroom

Favorite Mac and Cheese

What ya need:

cup or so of macaroni
tbsp or so of butter
1/2 cup or so of milk
cup or so of Monterey Jack cheese
couple shakes of salt

How to make it:

1. boil the macaroni, drain the water when soft
2. add the butter, stir in to melt
3. add the milk, salt, heat on low
4. add the cheese, mix it all until smooth and creamy
5. that's it
